Start here if you need to understand who can join, what a company needs to show and how a basic Cryptwerk presence begins.
Is it free to add a company to Cryptwerk?
Yes. A standard company listing is free to add. It gives crypto customers a clear profile for finding your business and understanding how you work with cryptocurrency.
What businesses can be listed?
Cryptwerk is for merchants that accept cryptocurrency as a payment method, as well as businesses that clearly work with the crypto ecosystem. Your public website or business information should make that connection clear.
If the closest category is missing, include the most relevant available category and suggest the right one with your submission.
What should I prepare before submitting?
Prepare a concise business description, your website, the cryptocurrencies or payment options you support, reliable contact details and, for local businesses, an accurate physical address. Images, social profiles and clear purchase information make the profile more useful.
02 · Directory listing
Your Directory page is where merchants present the essentials that let crypto customers understand the offer and continue to the right website or location.
How do I add a new company or claim an existing one?
Use the company submission form for a new listing. If your business already appears in the Directory, use the claim process to request management of that profile.
What makes a company profile stronger?
Complete the practical details: a recognisable logo, concise description, website, contacts, accepted coins, useful images and, where applicable, locations and social links. A complete profile is easier for customers to trust and compare.
How can I improve my company rating?
Keep the business profile complete and current. The rating takes account of the information and activity available for the merchant, so accurate contacts, social profiles and up-to-date content all help create a more reliable profile.
03 · Market & Map
Use Market when individual products need discovery pages. Use the Map when customers need to find a real-world location and arrive knowing that crypto is accepted.
How do I add products to Cryptwerk Market?
Add products and services through the Market workflow. You can start manually or use a CSV or XML feed when you manage a larger catalogue. Market product pages create additional discovery routes that can lead customers to the relevant page on your website.
How does my business appear on Cryptwerk Map?
Map is designed for physical businesses and locations. Add an accurate address to your company profile so customers looking nearby can find the place and see that your business accepts cryptocurrency.
Should an online-only business use Market or Map?
Online businesses should begin with a complete Directory profile and use Market when they have products or services that benefit from individual discovery pages. Map is most useful when customers can visit a physical location.
04 · Promotion & Premium
Promotion services help when a detailed profile, a special offer or a time-sensitive launch needs a stronger presence in front of the crypto community.
What does Premium Listing add?
Premium Listing gives a merchant more room to present the business: extended profile design and content, extra categories and hashtags, more images and offers, as well as enhanced visibility in category, coin and Map experiences.
Which banner placements are available?
Campaigns can use a top banner across Cryptwerk, middle banners on the main, category and coin pages, side banners in categories and Cryptwerk Media, a bottom banner, or a merchant-page promo button. Choose the placement that matches your campaign goal and format.
Can I promote a company, news or special offer with content?
Yes. Cryptwerk offers article and press-release placement for companies, products, launches, news and marketing actions. You can also create a discount or promo code that gives crypto customers a clear reason to choose your business.
