Read moreNot sure if there's something impacting multiple services today because this site has handled several transfers of mine earlier this week, but glitched out today, and their support staff were completely unresponsive. I waited until plenty of confirmations happened while the site still showed that it was waiting for confirmations, then I used the support form that worked the day before, referenced the order, the number of transactions, and offering to provide any other information they needed. No response... but they've still got my money. I went back to this site because PayGet.org did something similar earlier today, but in an even shadier way.

I tried reaching out to their customer service using the form, posting the exchange ID, the transaction ID, and payment proof. No response whatsoever.
