Designed for trail runs, training sessions and races where freedom of movement matters, the REFLEX Belt provides useful carrying capacity without putting a pack on your back. Its broad stretch-mesh construction fits closely around the waist, helping carried items stay stable while allowing heat and moisture to escape.
SIX-POCKET STORAGE
Six pockets divide your equipment into practical, easy-access zones. A secure front pocket protects smaller essentials such as keys, while two XL pockets can accommodate a lightweight jacket or 600ml soft flasks. Nutrition, gloves, a phone and other frequently used items can be organised around the belt rather than collected in one large compartment.
BUILT-IN POLE CARRY
A dedicated tubular pocket provides integrated storage for folding trail-running poles. Silicone retention bands help hold the poles securely, so they remain accessible when the terrain changes without requiring a separate quiver.
READY FOR TRAINING AND RACE DAY
An integrated race-bib holder removes the need for a separate number belt. Reflective pocket loops make the compartments easier to identify and open, particularly in fading light, while also adding useful reflective detail.

Measure your waist 2cm below your belly button. Keep the tape level and close to the body without pulling it excessively tight. If your measurement falls between two sizes, INSTINCT recommends choosing the larger size.
