for me its good platform to exchange crypto. i cant say im like high volume crypto guy. but i sometimes exchange a bit to buy and maybe hold in my wallet. for this changelly works pretty good. lots of crypto they have and exchange them is not problem. one minus maybe fees, sometimes they high depending on situation i guess, but mostly its credible and its most important - security. this is why i am give it 4 stars

I don’t think this service has any critical drawbacks. I could use fixed exchange rates when trading btc for eth and it wasn’t that high,.
