I don’t think this service has any critical drawbacks. I could use fixed exchange rates when trading btc for eth and it wasn’t that high,.
The account creation steps are clear, and verifying my documents went smoothly without any extra documentation demands, which is nice,. Depositing digital assets to start swapping takes only a few simple clicks on the interface too.
Nice crypto exchange, it feels pretty safe, tho the swap rate isn’t always favorable.

I think floating price is better because it change every now and then and you get up to date numbers. they show everything like network fee and service fee i like their honestly in transactions. It's good service overall, but i was careful because i'm not used to exchanging crypto, and if you double check then things are ok.
It's goo they offer 2FA with YubiKey, it makes things much more secure, and i didn't have such things as you know suspictious online activities, but when platform has that it's cool => so extra layer for security imho
Most of all im impressed by the overall speed. like the whole thing didn['t take more than 10 minutes, i thought i was gonna be more than that.
Buying and selling crypto to fiat is so easy and seamless, I like using them for now,

The thing that I like about changelly is the speed. First of all, transactions go lightning quick. Secondly, support works 24/7 and usually answers quickly to any concerns or issues
