Then my seller was a scam too, his account got blocked. And I was supposed to get a refund. I waited another 2 months to just get it started and today after 6 months I got nothing, My 220$ gone.
I have had the same problem in August i sold an account for 700 bucks and the person i sold the account to got there account from me and then the middleman never sent my money to me from the cashout. So if anyone reads this do not do ANY Business with them at just use there site and get in contact with the buyer or seller and make a deal outside the site because the middleman will cause problems and take your money and never answer you back and then there support if you send in a ticket will either block you or not answer any support ticket you send or they will just will straight out not answer back at all. Payment delay? That's your problem. Got scammed? Skill issue. 2.) Do not under any circumstances provide them with your personal information, especially with any copies of your ID. It will be revealed, posted on their site and used against you without your permission. 3.) If you leave any negative reviews or mention their service in a bad way: first you will be asked to remove it as they only handle support on their own site, and somehow it disturbs their work. They will try to sway you with the promises of payment. Then they will cancel your payment without your approval because you refuse to work with them. They will now try to manipulate you into deleting any negative reviews to "restore" your payment. Next, they will post every piece of your personal information that they have to blackmail you. You will be branded as a scammer and a fraud without any proof from their side. 4.) The best solution that they could provide in my situation was claiming my account from the publisher after I sold it two years ago, which basically means that they screw over both the seller and the buyer. So think very carefully before using their service to buy accounts too. Now about my case. I sold my account two years ago, but still haven't received my money. And I never will as I am now branded a fraud on their site, my personal information is revealed, and my transaction is cancelled. Before this, I tried contacting their live chat and support numerous times, and had several two-hour long sessions in their live chat. I also tried to get any updates to my situation in the main ticket and three others. No response since the beginning, where they post about issues with their bank and publishers. They had a main thread about it, but it stopped updating very soon and got deleted shortly after. Total radio silence since then. Until I wrote to them about my negative reviews of their service as a last resort. That and the following conversation was mostly done as a joke, just to get their attention, as I have already lost any hope to receive my money. Got instant response and the situation unfolded just as I described in point 3. At this point I don't care about money, my illegally revealed personal information or their accusations. It is about sending the message and warning to any possible users or even victims of this dishonest sorry excuse of a middleman service. Even if there really is a serious issue with their bank, the way that they handle any negativity about them, how they treat their users, customers and their private information is simply atrocious, illegal and unprofessional. If you are looking for a place to sell or to buy accounts, this is definitely not a good one, avoid PlayerUp at any cost. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Sold an account for a mobile game a couple of weeks ago. Account transfer to the new owner was safe, fast and smooth via the free Middleman service. Few days had passed after the account transfer, I was asked for verification + payment options and I chose PayPal. Order was in queue for a good while until I finally got an email saying: "This message is to inform you that your payment has now been successfully scheduled to be transferred and your transaction is now officially complete. Positive Feedback will be submitted to your account shortly if it hasn't already been submitted. Thank you again for remaining patient with us during this account transfer process." I haven't gotten neither the positive feedback or payment and it's been over the 96 hour time frame now. I've sent a dm to Middleman, but haven't gotten a response back yet, except for an automated one. I'm getting a little concerned, but might as well wait a little longer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. If the payment arrived in time, would've easily been a 10 star rating.

Despite payment being done on day1, playerup is holding my order and not replying to any of my support inquiries. They are not allowing me to cancel or refund. SCAMMERS!

Upon writing bad reviews they answered my messages and tell me it will only be fixed If I delete my bad reviews. I did that many times and they kept ignoring me and not giving my money. We went to the same cycle for 6 months.
They will never pay you the money they owe, you got scammed, this is not the first time, I gave up already and will write such reviews in every site possible. :)
I won't be deleting my reviews any more , I want people to know and understand how much of a scam they are.

I have had ZERO communication with my Middle Man, or anyone from Player up. The customer tickets are nothing more than an automated response.
Reading from other reviewers it seems that I'm not the only one. Promoting the middle man service as a premium service, charging a large fee and then providing no support on their end is awful.
Update:
Received a response after my review went public stating i slandered them and that only once "issues had been fixed" would i then be able to cash out Despite not providing any means of "resolving it" presumably asking me indirectly to remove my review. And they're after cancelling any future payouts. This has been over a month of not being paid. And only responses like this back. I could not recommend this company less!

When I ask for help or to complete my payment anyone response. But when I write on those "review sites" response as quick as hell. Because they do not want to pay you, they want to jerk over sellers on their site.
For example, now a "agent" will write me on site and he/she will say "we don't help on review sites, you have to contact via chat bla bla bla."
I won't delete or edit my review until I get my payment. "Agent" will suspend my transaction again and will suspend my payment, then he will ask for "delete" comment here. In the end I won't get my money. It is a cheap circle of tricking customers.
Site is not safe for trading, owners are scammers.
EDIT: yeah as I say "agent" response is fast as lightning after I wrote that comment. Same scamming tactics, same lies.
After I don't agree to "delete my review" moderator deleted my playerup profile and ip banned me.

They even deleted the negative reviews given to middleman in site.
They automatically marked the ticket as resolved and close without responding.
I would recommend not to use this scam website for trading or selling accounts.
I don't know how someone can live happily by eating stolen money.

They have responded to me and have decided to rectify the issue, I am hoping we will finish the transaction fast.

They instruct you to remove your review in exchange for payment, but trust me when I say that payment will never come. I have removed my reviews three times since last year, each time with a promise of payment, but have yet to receive anything. Please refrain from supporting such dishonest individuals who exhibit zero customer care or ethical behavior.
Did a couple transactions with PlayerUp. One went smoothly. Had a little issue with another transaction but in the end everything worked out. I would definitely use PlayerUp again.

I sold a gaming account for $70, the buyer paid $72 and I "got" $60, that's less than 18%. nice, right ? Now the better part, I never got the money. The buyer bought the account from me on March 15, today is May 26. I never got the money.
I wrote them everywhere, on reddit, on telegram, on their website. They contacted me the moment I wrote a negative review on them. They promised to send the money, but they had a condition for me to delete all negative reviews.
I deleted the reviews thinking I would finally get my money, but god how wrong I was.
I wanted to send money to paypal, they kept making excuses that they couldn't send money through paypal. But then they wanted and was required for me to invoice them via paypal, but then, again, they started making excuses and demanding another payment option. Well, so I offered Revolut, they agreed, I sent them my revolut link through which you can pay directly, they ignored that and wanted a million personal things from me instead, I didn't see anything wrong with that, I sent it, IBAN, address, to date I haven't received any money, no one is communicating with me, I don't even want my money back, it's not worth my time.
They've robbed enough people of their money this way, and enough people will just wave their hands about it, I don't think it's out of line to take this scumbag group of people to court for ripping people off.
They have a domain registered in America, but they are a bunch of people operating out of the middle east somewhere.
DON'T USE THEIR SITE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY AND TIME, AVOID THEM.

I had to ask for my family to lend me the money cause I was counting on this and now I've been waiting more than 2 months for this. I can't understand how a platform like this treats customers like trash.
2 months since the buyer already paid for my account, two months trying to get this solved, two months receiving excuses, and being ghosted so many times. That's so disrespectful.
UPDATE 1 - June 25, 2023
Ok, yesterday, after my posts here, they decided to show up and "answer" my messages. Actually, nothing was answered, and they just showed up saying that they suspended my order for no reason cause they needed my full and complete cooperation, asking me to delete my complaints here again. They decided to "punish" me and unfortunately, that is one more piece of evidence of the type of company we decided to trust. We probably won't get our payment, but for now on I'll will post a complaint here every single day, so I can help other people to avoid this frustrating situation. I encourage everyone that has been in the same situation to join this community, share with your friends, and ask them to comment. We need to bring visibility to this as much as possible to help other people not be scammed too. I'm also talking to my family lawyer and I'll keep you guys posted.

Ive used their middleman service (i wish i didnt) and have been trying to cash out my $348. It has been over a month and i still was not able to cash out my money into my bank or paypal. They tell you it takes 1 to 96 hours but thats just false. ZERO explanation to why this is happening its like theyre allergic to explanations. Ive talked to other people who went through the same situation too this is something common. Its safe to say i can easily assume this is a scam. Delay our money, no response, no explanation. The only way to get a response from them is to write a bad review to save their image. They will most likely cancel my cashout transaction and make the scam official after this review and/or ban my account and take the money. I have been messaging them almost DAILY and they dont respond. I even tried submitting a ticket through the link the company representative added in this website for urgent issues but still no response despite messaging almost daily. A simple paypal transaction can take minutes to finish not months. They can even offer another alternative if paypal no longer works with them. But they simply dont care. For us customers we can only assume this is a scam its not our fault.

I've been begging for my $900 payout on PlayerUp.com since April 20th. I write to them on Discord every day. They just ignore me or promise to pay me today / tomorrow and ignore me again. He also constantly asks to delete the review and supposedly then he will be able to continue working on the payment. My patience has run out. You will also be filed a complaint with the FTC. You will pay a fine, and you are also waiting for a showdown with the police if you do not want to resolve the issue in a good way.
I warned Middleman that he would get a bad review if he didn't pay my money. After that, the intermediary immediately canceled my application for payment.

This suggests to me they are trying to inflate the reviews on this website. DON'T DO ANY DEALINGS WITH THE STAFF ON THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE ABUSIVE.
Unable to do anything on the website at all. Unable to confirm middleman order.
When I signed up to make an order for something I was interested in, it allowed me proceed with the order details. To confirm the order, you would have to message a bot member on the website to create a message. I am unable to do so because my account is falsely flagged as "High Risk" and I am unable to do anything. That includes making a ticket (the traditional way) and getting support. All I get is an error page.
I had to find some way to submit a ticket and was finally able to - but it was a a massive issue that if you didn't know where to look, for the people who don't know much about tech - you wouldn't know where to go.
After raising my ticket, it has been more than 3 days I have not received a response. I would understand it if it was before the order could be placed, but this permission behaviour after submitting the order is inexcusable and terrible design.
UPDATE****: I was asked to revise my review so here it is:
Still 1*. My account got unlocked and it shouldn't have took a review hit to get some sort of support.
My account got unlocked but I got two on-site "warnings" for two infractions against their Terms of Service (TOS) that I didn't do. One for using a VPN and another for having two different accounts. I had only signed up with this account, they accused me of using another person's account and they merged both of our accounts together... So someone's account is no more.
I had been scammed on the website but went off-site to a different communication method (Discord); didn't use their Middleman service. Don't worry - got it all sorted, but multiple times I have tried left the seller negative feedback and the staff have removed my feedback given. There is no way to provide any sort of proof and it's all hearsay. There's been no request to provide proof of this feedback, just straight up removal. This tells me that PlayerUp is pro-scam.
A very unfortunate and negative experience.
