Solarcom provides a solid cloud hosting service and has been steadily adding features over the past few years. First-level support has also improved dramatically over the past year or so. I'm a long-term, satisfied customer!

You're on your own if not tech savvy! There is no way to reach customer service or tech support if you have a problem or concern. Their "customer support" is only for sales. Also they bill you again after you cancel. There's typos in their help guides. I would NEVER work with th...
