These 7bbl conical fermenter allows you to ferment and carbonate all within the same stainless vessel. It is insulated and dual-glycol jacketed for maximum control over your fermentation. Having two glycol inlets/outlets allows you to cool 7bbl, 5bbl, or even 3bbl batches without freezing the top jacket. All unitanks come with a 4" dry-hop port, a carb stone port on the cone, a liquid-level sight glass, and a horizontal racking arm to avoid pooling during CIP.
