This 5bbl conical fermenter allows you to ferment and carbonate all within the same stainless vessel. It is insulated and glycol jacketed for maximum control over your fermentation. Having only one glycol inlet and outlet allows you to cool only 5bbl batches without freezing the top jacket. All unitanks come with a 4" dry-hop port, a carb stone port on the cone, a liquid-level sight glass, and a horizontal racking arm to avoid pooling during CIP.
