Session IPA - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

This lower ABV ale uses the hop-bursting technique of adding only late/flameout hops to maximize hop flavour and aroma while creating a less sharp, more soft, bitterness. The citrus and floral quality of the West Coast hops pair well with the malt character, which includes some dark caramel and toffee notes. A great beer for barbecues, parties and sporting events where you want a little more flavour on offer.
