During testing, our Fuel Chiller took 5 gallons of fuel down to -10° Fahrenheit in roughly 1 hour. The temperatures you can achieve will greatly depend upon the level of insulation your fuel container offers, the amount of fuel you are trying to chill and your ambient temperature. Our test temperature of -10° Fahrenheit is likely colder than anyone ever needs to go. Therefore, this test was designed to be an “extreme conditions” test. Most customers will cool fuel down to around 30°F to 40° Fahrenheit which is easily achieved.
Fuel compatible pump, hoses, seals, etc. are all selected for your fuel chiller based on the type of fuel you choose from the drop down menu. Once you make your fuel selection, we’ll take care of the rest!
