Oak Smoked Wheat Malt - Weyermann (55 lb)

This is an heirloom malt known for its use in Grätzer/Grodziskie, a smoked wheat beer once popular in Northern Germany and Poland. This German style of beer is traditionally 100% wheat malt. May also be substituted for oak smoked malts in any smoked beer. Contains no husk so rice hulls should be used for a smooth lauter.

Recommended Maximum Usage: Up to 80% for adding smoked or oat flavours to beers, for Godziskie, up to 100%
