Pipe Opal and Wood Replacement Opal is a term to describe natural opals that forms in pipe/tube - like structures. Usually in sandstone. It is believed to be wood branch, tree roots or leaf matter that has become Opalised.
The Solid Opal has a gorgeous unique natural opal pattern with stunning flashes of green and mauve natural Opal colours.

We only sell natural Solid Australian Opals, that are millions of years old. We do not sell man-made Opal such as an Opal Doublet, Opal Triplet, or Synthetic Opal.

As part of the purchase, you will receive a nickel-free base metal display chain that is 18 inches (45cm) in length. This chain is designed to look like a regular gold chain and is strong enough to hold your opal pendant securely. It can be used temporarily, but you may choose to upgrade to a solid gold chain at a later time if you wish.
