This pouch features 4-way stretch allowing for different sized items to be held with ease. This version also replaces the cable quick release with a buckle and flap system. Still made in the United States, right here in sunny Virginia Beach, VA.
Preferred mounting spot is the small of the back, mounted upside down. This allows easy-to-reach but out-of-the-way medical supplies at a moment's notice. Just open the buckle and you're in business. Medical supplies sold separately.
