Haley Strategic MOD Placard

The MOD Placard represents the next generation of the venerable Haley Strategic Chest Rig line. Featuring MOLLE on all exterior faces for integration with the all-new GP Pouch series, the MOD is fully scalable from a slick placard to a complete chest rig. The loop lined placard pouch integrates directly with the full suite of D3CR® Inserts giving end users control of custom configurations for carriage of a wide assortment of magazines, radios, and other essential equipment.
The MOD features a universal plate carrier attachment system providing height adjustable vertical attachment points directly compatible with standard 1" side release buckles and 1" G-Hooks as well as multi-fit side attachment points compatible with 1" side release buckles, 1" G-Hooks, and FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes® capable of secure attachment to all US Armed Forces issued plate carriers.
Placard Sizing Note: The MOD Placard offers 6 columns of MOLLE on the front panel optimized for (3) 556 Magazines.
Designed for maximum adaptability and secure retention, optional D3CR® Magazine Inserts (sold separately) integrate seamlessly with VELCRO® Brand loop-lined placard pouches, giving operators the ability to build mission-specific loadouts with confidence. D3CR Magazine Inserts are available in multiple configurations to support diverse mission requirements:

When run as a standalone chest rig utilizing the D3CR X-Harness, H-Harness, and Chest Rig Pads, the MOD maintains a low profile capable of being worn fully loaded under a normal/loose fit jacket or sweatshirt without overtly printing. When run on an armor platform as a placard, the MOD can be attached or stowed in seconds giving the end user the versatility to transition from low vis to high vis or vice versa.
Engineered for direct, no-compromise integration, the MOD platform works seamlessly with MOD Side Saddles, MOD Hanger, Multi-Mission Hanger, FlatPack, and FlatPack Plus (no additional accessories required). The result is a flexible, mission-ready system that adapts as fast as the environment demands.

Triple 556 MP2 Insert - Utilizes the venerable MP2 insert for best-in-class magazine retention.

Medium GPZIP Pouch - Same feature set as the Large GPZIP in a smaller package.

Double Pistol MP2-HG Pouch - Featuring the all new MP2-HG Insert to fit most handgun magazines from Glock® to Staccato®.
