As such, we do not assume responsibility for the condition of our goods upon arrival to the customer (ie. broken capsules) as products only leave our facility if they are fully intact and suitable for the end-user. This would then be a case of damaged goods upon arrival, which is discussed later in this document.

REFUNDS
