German Rauchbier - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

A style of beer with a distinctive smoke flavour imparted by using malted barley dried over an open flame. Our version of this smokey beer is closest to a Bamberg Smoked Lager. Fermented at cooler temperatures with a German lager yeast and using German Beechwood smoked malts.
