Description

Long before T. rex ruled the Cretaceous, its scrappy ancestor Dilong paradoxus was already testing out the tyrant-lizard lifestyle—just in a much smaller package.
At only about 1.5 meters long, this Early Cretaceous predator from China looked like a miniaturized rex, complete with sharp teeth, a lightweight frame, and, most excitingly, evidence of protofeathers. Yep, the king’s great-great-uncle was rocking fuzz. Dilong shows that even the scariest predators started small (and a little fluffy).
This hard enamel pin captures its feathery silhouette in polished metal and enamel—no Liaoning fossil dig required.
Specs:

Premium metal base with polished hard enamel fill
Secure clasp so your Dilong doesn’t “scurry off”
Size: 44 x 23mm
Zero chance of terrorizing your hamster

Perfect for dinosaur fans, tyrannosaur enthusiasts, and anyone who loves their predators pint-sized and protofeathered.
