Carastan Malt - 55 lb

Carastan is the quintessential malt for English style cask ales. A malt similar to Crystal malt. The flavour is a bit more 'toffee' than caramel when compared to American Crystal and it is perfect for complex pale beers such as English pub ales, ESBs, etc.
Typical Beer Styles: Ale, Pale Ale, Lager, ESB, Mild, Cream Ale
Recommend Maximum Usage: Up to 10%
