Briess Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract DME (3 lb)

CBW® Pilsen Light DME (dry malt extract) is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 100% malt and water. CBW® Pilsen Light can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the colour, flavour and gravity of all grain beers. Use Pilsen Light DME in place of recipes that call for Pilsner Malt.
When converting recipes to extract, use at a ratio of 0.6lbs of DME to 1lb of grain Pilsner Malt.
