Belgian Golden Strong - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

A pale, complex, effervescent, strong Belgian-style ale this is highly attenuated and features fruity and hoppy notes in preference to phenolics. Strongly resembling a tripel, but even paler, lighter in in body and with a drier finish. The drier finish accentuates the hop and yeast characteristics of this style.
