Belgian Dubbel - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

Originally a lighter style brewed for consumption by Trappist monks, modern versions are darker and stronger. Dubbel has a rich malt character but finishes bone dry making it extremely drinkable. Our interpretation has a rich spice character from the yeast and a high proportion of Munich malt giving the beer a bready, satisfying flavour. Great with cheese or charcuterie!
