Belgian Candi Syrup - Simply Clear

Excellent for saison and golden ale's or as an addition to any higher gravity ale. It is readily fermentable and creates a refreshing subtle flavour that is always on the periphery of your palate somewhere between citrus and honey but much lighter. Simplicity candy syrup is much to be preferred over using common table sugar due to its balance of readily fermentable sugars and subtle flavour. Contains only beet sugar. This sugar will not add additional colour. Great for triples, and lighter coloured Belgian ales.
