There are plenty of hosting providers offering good servers these days, so communication with support is my second priority after server quality. Servers Guru responds to tickets and is genuinely accommodating when it comes to helping customers. That's definitely worth 5 stars!

I saw many negative reviews about support. I had just rented a server from this host when I had a problem logging in. I contacted support, and we resolved it fairly quickly. So for the price, quality, and support, I give it a 10 rather than a 5) --- видел много негативных отзывов по поводу поддержки.Я только арендовал у данного хостера сервер и у меня возникла проблема со входом.Обратился в службу поддержки и мы решили этот вопрос достаточно быстро.Так что за цену,качество и поддержку ставлю 10 а не 5)
