Read more I have said it on other sites, this is a professional provider. no doubt, friendly and enterprise-grade service at good pricing. While doing our due diligence on searching for a cloud hosting provider lead us to approach Velocihost. Once we engaged with one of their advisors on their live chat, we could not be happier their willingness to work with us on deploying a custom-built compute server cluster to host our distributed ERP platform. Our costs were reduced drastically when we migrated from AWS and we now have more capacity with a reduced budget. Overall a great experience so far with high performance network connectivity to Europe and guaranteed uptime.

That even seems like a self-elaborat... Read more We are extremely satisfied with Velocihost as our cloud hosting provider. I do not agree or understand the other user stating an unfavorable experience with an unauthorized credit card payment, and even directly comparing with another company. That even seems like a self-elaborated advertisement. In our 3 years of hosting with Velocihost we have been able to accomplish 100% uptime, affordable recurring costs and best of all, excellent customer support. With Velocihost we have direct access to sales and technical support on a live chat with a real human replying to our questions and almost instant responses to our support tickets. In our experience with many other providers, we never had this access or ridiculous amounts of monthly payments have been required to have a “Technical Account Manager (TAM)”. We are happy with Velocihost, and will grow our projects there.
I agree. We have never had a problem with unauthorized payments or any other billing issues with this company.
BEWARE of this company. They make promise they do not keep. Then when you cancel your services they make unauthorized charges to your credit card. limestonenetworks.com has much better customer service and better pricing.
