I paid for the exchange at a confirmed rate of **12,938**. AFTER payment, they silently changed it to **11,937** without any warning!
I only found out!by pure chance! because I happened to check the rate again. Otherwise, I would never have known they changed it after I paid.... Read more

Support admitted their rate parser had "broken" and offered either a refund or the much worse rate.
Changing the rate AFTER payment without the customer’s consent is unacceptable and looks like a straight-up scam. **Check every transaction carefully.**
I have all evidences and video screenshots.
p.s they also don't not return you transfer commission.
