It is not incorporated or registered under any legal entity or corporate jurisdiction, otherwise known as Country. Its membership is open to any individual from any part of the world that agrees with its principles of congregation and team work.

The fundamental principles that govern its activities are the principles of mutual agreement and synergy. The members all come together with the mindset of contributing little bits of personal means ($11) to help one another create wealth for different purposes. These wealth can then be used to meet differing needs such as setting up a business, acquiring accommodation, feeding, medical needs and even recreational needs such as going on needed holidays. A member can have multiple accounts. Income is made from a network of team development from the following ranks: Corporal, Sergeant, Captain, Major, General and Field Marshall. Each account fully mature, yields a total income of $655,360.

The team and wealth built by a member can be inherited by a next of kin provided during registration.

Secondly, aside from creating wealth, this community also spends the currency created and owned by the Kringle Cash Society. This currency is called The Billion Coin (TBC). The currency is used to shop for goods and services within the community. Each member (Account) is allocated $20,000. This amount is replaced with TBC and used to shop by each member on reaching the rank of Captain in the community’s ranking chart. Shopping is dependent on the availability of products and services within the shopping malls of the country the participant resides in. Each country will have a shopping mall of its own. All the shopping malls are online and within the website run by the community. None of the shopping malls is physical. Shopping is funded by dedicated accounts donated by some members of the community and owned jointly by the community.

Whoever wants to be a part of the TBC Crowd Fund and Shop Community must be in agreement with its tenets and fundamental principles as outlined above.
