Show more...Slastičarnica "Slon by Moreno Debartoli" je otvorena u prosincu 2019. godine u srcu Starog grada u Rijeci tik uz katedralu Svetog Vida. Inspirirani prvom tvornicom čokolade na Balkanu naša misija je vratiti u Rijeku stari sjaj "Slona" i ponuditi najkvalitetnije proizvode zbog kojih je i bio na dobrom glasu. Svi naši proizvodi se izrađuju u radionici koja se nalazi u sklopu slastičarnice te naši gosti u jutarnjim satima, mogu osjetiti mirise svježe pečenih croissant-a i quiche-eva uz miris svježe mljevene kave. Naše slastice su izrađene od 100% prirodnih sastojaka, bez aditiva i umjetnih bojila.

Slastice i čokoladni proizvodi rade se od najfinije belgijske čokolade što je potvrđeno pečatom belgijske kraljevske obitelji. Naš chef, Moreno Debartoli je Ambasador čokolade za brand Callebaut koji je najveći proizvođač čokolade na svijetu što garantira vrhunske proizvode te sve novitete u svijetu čokolade.

All our products are made in a workshop located within the patisserie, and our guests in the morning, can smell freshly roasted croissants and quiche with the smell of freshly ground coffee. Our desserts are made from 100% natural ingredients, without additives and artificial colors. Desserts and chocolate products are made from the finest Belgian chocolate, which is confirmed by the seal of the Belgian royal family.
