Very happy with everything. Had an issue to begin with but every was resolved straight away. Admin if you a reading this please delete the previous negative comment I have made about the DID number , There should be options to be able to do this. Thanks again

I contacted Telegram support to resolve the issue, but it's now 18:30 local time and the problem is still unresolved. I received very quick responses to my first three messages, but even after 5 hours since my last message, I still haven't received a reply. I will share updates.
When I try to make calls using service code extensions, the call doesn't start at all. When I try with a different service provider and the code extension, the call starts and reaches the other party. Despite explaining the situation and providing video evidence, support is not providing any assistance. They said they checked our SIP account, but the call logs in the screenshot they sent as a test were from a month ago, even though we haven't even had the system for a week. I sent screenshots explaining that I was trying to resolve any errors, but they said they didn't provide support during the step-by-step setup process and that the problem was with the application I was using. I then sent videos showing the application working and that I had tried it with a different provider. This morning, they responded by saying I could either stop using their service or leave whatever review I wanted. :D
Update:I want to correct my previous review.
After some back and forth, the issue was eventually identified and resolved. The problem is no longer present, and the service is working as expected.

The troubleshooting process took longer than I would have liked, which is why I left my original review, but to be fair, support did end up fixing it. I think it's only right to update my feedback to reflect the final outcome.
