In keeping with the Art-Deco-inspired interior, our bar is all about quality and elegant simplicity. Cosy inside, candlelit outside, Since I Left You is the ideal spot for an after-work drink with colleagues, some kick-the-night-off cocktails with friends, or a bite to eat and a drop of wine with your special someone.
At the bar, you’ll find a smart, playful wine list, a smooth selection of spirits, and a range of delicious fresh-fruit cocktails and classics – including our Since I Left You Signatures
A range of both locally-sourced and international gourmet cheeses, charcuterie selections and antipasti make up the highlights of the sophisticated menu at Since I Left You – not to mention the best toasties Sydney has to offer.
Open from 5pm Monday to Thursday we throw the doors open early on Fridays for those liquid lunches. Drop in and see us for a drink some time – we built this bar to share with you...
