A code is only charged once it is delivered; undelivered codes are refunded automatically. The balance is prepaid in Tether (TRC-20 or ERC-20), Monero, Ethereum or Bitcoin with a $20 minimum top-up and volume bonuses from 20% to 50%; there is no card payment. Sign-up is an email address and a password: no ID, no selfie, no document, no phone number of your own.
