As a solo private practice I offer a highly individualized and attentive focus on my clients’ difficulties and maintain an interest in psychotherapy. I avoid excessive use of medication (polypharmacy), emphasize rational prescribing practices, and employ evidence-based medicine. I additionally offer online, video chat-based follow-up appointments to Tennessee residents using doxy.me or Zoom for those who would prefer the convenience of telemedicine appointments and in certain circumstances offer the discretion of house calls.
I have interest in new treatments such as intranasal ketamine for treatment resistant depression, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for trauma processing, non-invasive neuromodulation (CES, tDCS), and complementary psychiatry practices (Vitamin D, L-methylfolate, N-acetylcysteine, light therapy, omega-3 fatty acids).
