OrangeWebsite.com can trace its roots back to 2006, when two Scandinavian internet enthusiasts, started offering their web design and internet marketing services on a freelance basis to local businesses. Soon after beginning, they realized that web hosting plays a major role in the industry. It was, however, really difficult to find a trustworthy web hosting company to accommodate their clients' websites. For this reason, they leased our very first private server to host the sites they had created for our clients.

Later, our passion for web hosting grew as we studied further into the server security-related matters and started programming our own web hosting scripts to improve our services. In 2009, the people who had major roles in the operation, founded OrangeWebsite in Reykjavik, Iceland. The idea behind the services was simple – to offer top-quality and secure web hosting solutions for customers worldwide.
