I purchased a 3-year-old VPS server, and after only a year and a half, it shut down with a Service Locked notification (Reason: IP has been maliciously used). I never committed any violations. I installed aapanel to create multiple WordPress sites. They have no clear TOS or regulations.
But they also didn't provide a refund or explain my violations. This is clearly a scam.
I contacted them via email, and they never contacted support on the website.
