I've been with Netshop isp for over a year now and have to say that they offer a level of service that is hard to find and lacking in many companies out there. The guys at Netshop isp are always quick to reply to any question or troubleshooting and have on many occasions gone above and beyond a normal expected hosting service to make my life easier and my websites/my clients websites run smoothly.

All I can say that I am happy running one of my sites with NETSHOP. I have been using their ssd hosting services for 5 months and can say that it is much faster than regular hosting. Uptime has been great for me, everything works like a clock and my site is 24/7 accessible to my visitors around the whole globe.

It's very hard to find a good and reliable hosting provider. Some web hosts offer a cheaper service, but their results are such that they can destroy your business. To everybody I know who has a website, I suggest they give NETSHOP a try. Keep up with the great job!

I'd recommend Netshop ISP quite highly if you're looking for reliable host along with helpful support team. The pricing is great for the features. There is the occasional downtime. But, it is minimal and has never been a major inconvenience to me. Awesome support. Well done.

I have a few comments regarding NETSHOP services. Support ==> I have used that several times - no delays, no downtime, no lost emails. Price ==> I wish they had cheaper services, but I can afford paying them for it. Thumbs up!

I use NETSHOP for hosting images, movies, and other things did not use it much for my site just making a off site storage hard drive and it worked good for that. I never had a problem with them and I loved the ease of their control panel, actually miss it now that I have cpanel.

Would like to mention that Netshop isp server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent. It is one of the rare web hosting providers that are not overselling their resources - great PLUS for them. No complains about stupidity of the questions or late time (few conversations went past midnight). Keep up the good work guys!

What I like about NETSHOP is that everything is very easy. It wasn't complicated to set up the website and I really like the control panel. Good uptime, decent speed, good support. I had to switch to upgrade to dedicated hosting because I needed more, but if you just have a regular site, need web, mail, MySQL, etc, then this host is probably one of the best out there.

I've never seen such an elite premium hosting service. For the money, you can't beat it. NETSHOP tech support is fine, they have always answered my questions in a timely manner. So far I have been very pleased. I have not noticed any downtime or slow browsing speed.

I personally have not been successful in finding a better combination of fantastic prices, so many add-ons and so much value, and high caliber customer service. I can give NETSHOP DOUBLE THUMBS UP! If you do things the way you're supposed to, you'll have a response very quickly and usually, the problem is fixed within minutes of that.

I like their speed connection - it is pretty fast. SSD drives are really faster than HDD. The experience is excellent. There was an issue with my account created admittedly by my own negligence. NETSHOP was especially cordial, patient and knowledgeable. Follow up with a phone call was a great touch to see that all was up and running.

Where many hosting firms put up roadblocks for the sake of it, and are slow to respond if they respond at all, and generally difficult, NetShop ISP are always prompt, respond to problems or issues quickly and with a minimum of fuss and generally do a fantastic job. Customer service is also the best I have ever experienced, replies to issues or questions within minutes. Thanks.

The features are easy to use i.e. cpanel. I don’t mind paying the extra for the service and support that I have received. I have sent in support tickets that were answered in less then one hour. Great job Netshop! Hosting service is fast and reliable.

I was most impressed when I signed on with NetShop-isp.com.cy UK QUAD VPS because of the ease and simplicity of the process and most importantly, someone from NetShop-isp.com.cy called me later to ask about the services. That call of concern is impressive, in light of the fact that most companies are too busy for their customers to actually call and make contact with a human.

I've sent a handful of tickets to support and I always receive an answer promptly (often within minutes). You can contact netshop isp techs about everything, it doesn't have to be a problem. My site is running fast - my visitors and I are happy.

The support we have received has been exceptional. If a call-back has been needed it has always happened within an hour. Explanations are clear, calm and completely lacking in the "we are cleverer than you" attitude we have experienced with previous hosts. Thank NetShop ISP and keep it up. I have no complaints to share. I mostly use emails on my domain name rather then web site itself, but it seems that both working good. Uptime 100%, fast support team, fast servers - I highly recommned this web host for hosting Wordpress and also OpenCart sites.

According to the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. Overall, NetShop ISP dedicated server hosting is just a fantastic web host.
