Attention: The Neteller account can be topped up with Bitcoin to pay at other Neteller dealers. A disposal with the Net+ Mastercard is NOT possible. Mastercard does not prevent prepaid deposits via Bitcoin.

The Neteller Mastercard is a prepaid card which is available as a virtual card and a plastic card.
The Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® card can only be obtained by people who are resident in an EEA country.

Fees: The Net+ Prepaid Mastercard costs 10 USD per year, for recharging the card there are fees depending on the payment method used.

If you pay with your card in a different currency than your card currency there is a 3.99% exchange fee.

To get a Neteller Prepaid Mastercard, the first step is to register with Neteller. There you will have a credit account which you can top up via numerous payment options or by receiving money from other users or merchants.

You can use this credit account to make payments to internet retailers who accept Neteller as a payment option. You can also use your Neteller credit with the Net+ prepaid Mastercard and pay wherever Mastercard is accepted.

You can top up your Neteller account with Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash via BitPay and use this credit to pay with Mastercard on the Internet or in shops or to collect cash from cash machines.

A fee of 2.5% of the top-up amount will be charged for paying into the Neteller account. The recharge is carried out via the Bitcoin payment provider BitPay.

To receive the Neteller Prepaid Mastercard, as a Neteller customer, your account must be verified.
You can do the verification with your Facebook account, then you have already done the verification of your person and address

Otherwise you can do the check using the Neteller app or submit your documents via the web interface.
To do this, you will have to hand over your identity document, a selfie with a piece of paper and the text Neteller and today’s date, and a confirmation of your address. An address confirmation document can be an electricity bill or other official document issued within the last 90 days and containing your registered name and address.
This check can also be done via webcam on your computer.
