Our litigation team focuses on the areas of contract litigation, partnership litigation, defamation litigation, corporate disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, foreclosure litigation.

On the transactional side, NMLLP regularly handles loan restructuring/workouts, real estate matters including landlord/tenant disputes, private placement fund-raising, asset protection planning, corporate transactions, and asset purchases and debt restructuring.
