Моя карта , неименная, была верифицирована ими. Мне предложили перевести деньги по сбп. Перевод был сделан, квитанция прислана.
Оператор потом запросил дополнительное подтверждение, что сбп перевод сделан именно с карты.
В выписке и квитанции банка видна транзакция, но она привязана к счету, а не к карте.
Обменник признал свою ошибку, сначала предложил вернуть деньги с удержанием 7%, после моего согласия - уже второй день не возвращают мои деньги.
Сегодня, 27.11.2024, уже и оператор не отвечает в чате их обменника
