MixRoute is an AI API gateway that gives developers access to more than 200 models through one account, API key and consolidated bill. The catalog includes models from multiple major providers, allowing an application to switch models by changing the model identifier rather than maintaining separate integrations and provider accounts.
The API is designed to be compatible with OpenAI-style clients and SDKs. MixRoute advertises automatic failover, multi-model routing, reserved provider capacity and real-time usage and cost tracking. Its public pricing pages show per-token model rates and state that the service does not add a markup to official model pricing. Developers should still verify the live console price for a specific model before production use.
Self-service tiers accept Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards as well as USDT and USDC. Enterprise accounts can use bank transfer and invoiced terms. Billing is usage-based. The service says prompts and responses are not stored by default and are not used to train its own models, while token counts, latency, costs and other metadata are retained for billing and the usage dashboard.
