The site crashed during editing. Their technicial support were very patient and supportive and resoved the problem. without their help it would have been a nightmare for us to sort out the problem.

Had some initial issue, in order to get hosting set up for our website, got great response from the team, very willing to support. They do have a helpline but I think it works well with their chat support. Sought all your issues for sure. Further more their tech stuff has made sure my issues are resolved. I would definitely recommend them.

I just wanted to comment that my account creation was completed within minutes and the transition to Luxhosting has gone flawlessly for me. Everything worked as I expected it to and no surprises hit. That's the first time that's ever happened. Usually, switching hosts means at least 2 or 3 things will go wrong but so far my experience has been pleasing

Seriously, the help is the best part of this hosting company. I'm pretty well experienced, but occasionally I run into a situation that requires help from the team and they're amazing. Chat is responsive, fast, and knowledgable, and they're able to answer technical questions quickly without needing to follow a script first. Highly recommend them.

This is a perfect web hosting. Their customer call center is good, and never had to wait more than a minute for someone to answer. Tech support always helpful and can solve my problems. They have really cheap prices and offer a lot of features for their low price.
