Archaic concepts have led to the fact that in Ukraine low-quality legal services are sold very expensively, which is completely unjustified. So, in 2008, when we created Juscutum, we only had the realization that the legal services market of Ukraine needs new approaches.
Based on the needs of clients, we saw that there are empty niches in the market, which are forced to be filled by an uncomfortable combination of lawyers. The logical consequence of this is new practices. Even our old classical practices sound adapted to the actual needs of customers. This is the company's new approach.
There is a need for consultants who can translate from legal language into a business-friendly language. At that time, the practice of IT and media law and the practice of legal security of business were founded. Unique specializations have become the locomotive of our further development. Today, each practice of the company has a clearly formulated answer to whom and how we can be useful.
We teach our employees the basics of management and business processes so that they can give applied advice in specific situations and for a specific business, and not just tell what is written in the law.
And we also try to catch and implement all modern trends in the development of legal services, so that one day, when artificial intelligence masters Ukrainian law, we remain useful to business in Ukraine.
