I wanted to test it so I decided to buy just 100 USD worth of crypto.

After many attempts, the payment failed - didn't go through. The verification is the most complicated on earth, it is like applying for a passport or a visa.

I failed their verification and my card had issues according to them (It never happened with other merchants, even when using VPN).

From all my attempts, every single time I received the message that transaction failed because of verification or because of the bank. I finally gave up, all messages were clear: TRANSACTION FAILED.

However, after 12H someone manually processed my payment without my authorisation but the crypto i got was worth only 65 USD, not 100 (or 87 because the crypto i bought has a 13%tax).

My frustrating experience with GUARDARIAN is that:
- they ILLEGALY processed my failed transaction on their sole discretion, without consulting me or having my authorisation.
- They refused to refund me, even after sending back the cryptos to the same address (Now they have my money and my crypto)
- They LIE BIG TIME about their 1% fee, it is around 20% in some cases. You can test it for your self right away, only by comparing it with PCSwap or other service. Don't take my word on it.
