Beekeeping in Grumsin
The Grumsin er honey comes from a small family beekeeping just a few steps away from the Unesco World Heritage Site “Old Beech Forests of Germany”, in the middle of the Grumsin Forest.
Here bees and humans find a rich wild flower flora on extensive or ecologically used green and arable land, orchards, field trees and hem biotopes. The bees produce a unique honey here, which is awarded the mark of the Biosphere Reserve Schorfheide-Chorin.
Throughout the year, the beekeeping in Grumsin offers various varieties of honey, spring and summer flower honey with, for example, hawthorn, acacia or lime bushes and sometimes also forest honey.
If you come by, you can pay for the honey via Bitcoin Lightning on site. At the open-air stall you can take the honey yourself. For payment there is a point of sale terminal, through which you can pay by Bitcoin Lightning. It was implemented by Matthias Steinig via his Twitter account [
