Ich muss meine Bewertung auf 1 Stern runtersetzen. Nachdem ich die Premium-Linie gebucht habe gibt es nur noch Probleme. Der Support per E-Mail oder Chat findet seit Tagen nicht mehr statt. Außer ein Hallo im Chat erhalte ich keine einzige Nachricht mehr. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht. Ich werde mir definitiv einen anderen Anbieter suchen.

Das ist echt ein schönes und tolles System. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Manchmal dauert es in der Hotline etwas länger,aber sie finden immer eine Lösung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super in Ordnung. Ich finde es ein Mega Angebot. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

After purchasing credits there are constant problems with the playlists and the support team does nothing. They also do not offer a refund. The live chat/bot no longer knows what the issue was 5 minutes later. Try to communicate in German but you can immediately see that they are using translation programs. The imprint is probably fake and has already been forwarded to the authorities. Playlists only work with Smart TV or Amazon Stick. It doesn't work with tablets, laptops or cell phones and they don't try to fix the problem. A complete rip-off and a scam. I can only advise against this provider!!

After inspecting your previous orders, we confirmed that you purchased a Standard subscription, which you successfully activated and confirmed satisfaction with at the time. As a gesture of appreciation, you later received a 40% loyalty offer to join our reseller program, which you also accepted.
Regarding your current issue: we have sent you several emails and offered to schedule an appointment with a specialist to assist you personally. Unfortunately, your local internet provider (outside Germany) is currently blocking major IPTV services: a normal and easily resolvable regional restriction that we can help you bypass if you respond to our messages.
Please check your email inbox for our messages (the last one was sent on 28 October 2025) and reply so that we can arrange a one-to-one technical session for you.
We would also like to clarify that we do not use translation tools for German or English communication. They are only used in urgent cases when assisting international customers who prefer to speak in their own language. We fully respect our clients’ linguistic preferences, and their comfort is always our priority.
As for your refund request: our refund policy was clearly stated at the time of purchase. You made your purchase in August 2024 and requested a refund in April 2025, which exceeds the refund eligibility period. Furthermore, you have already used and activated more than half of the credits available in your account, which makes a refund impossible under our policy. Nevertheless, we continue to provide full technical support for your active services.
Finally, your claim that we are a scam is entirely false and defamatory. You received and used your packages, and our support team made multiple documented attempts to contact and assist you.
We remain fully committed to resolving your technical issue and invite you once again to reply to our latest email so that one of our specialists can handle your case personally.

strangely enough, after 4 or 5 months, my email inbox is now overflowing with your messages and support requests. I didn't leave this review without reason! When customers leave because the service is unacceptable and unqualified customer service personnel are only available via bot and live chat, and no one addresses the problems, no customer can be satisfied. And I received absolutely nothing from you in the last 4 months, otherwise I would have responded immediately, just like now! The statement that your offered service is blocked in some countries may be true, but it doesn't apply to my customers and prospective clients. Why were "all customers" able to view the channels/programs, but the quality is so poor despite having a premium subscription, and there's constant stuttering every few seconds and the image freezes? It's the same regardless of the country, the player used, or even when streaming directly via Smart TV with a high internet connection of up to 400 Mbps. I don't want to waste any more time here; I already sent you a longer email today with all the explanations. I can only recommend that you improve your customer service and support and take customer inquiries, especially problems with your service, more seriously. Waiting 4 months for a response is far too long and the problem is still not fixed!
