I purchased flowers here for my Fiancee who is working in Hong Kong for her birthday.. then 3 days later they inform me I need to pay an additional fee (200hkd) about $25 USD more to deliver it (it already cost $60 usd or 469hkd) and her birthday is tomorrow...I didn't have extra... Read more I purchased flowers here for my Fiancee who is working in Hong Kong for her birthday.. then 3 days later they inform me I need to pay an additional fee (200hkd) about $25 USD more to deliver it (it already cost $60 usd or 469hkd) and her birthday is tomorrow...I didn't have extra money for another fee so I have to cancel the order and wait days for a refund and of course her bday is tomorrow so now I cant send her anything at all.... horrible if you cant reply to customers the day of placing an order to tell them if its acceptable or any issues then you shouldnt accept payments from them...so because of your company now my fiancee cant get anything for her birthday because you wait til the last moment to say there is a problem... that's just terrible when you talk about same day delivery etc.. and you can't even respond to a purchase until 2-3 days later.. and me already telling her she has a surprise coming for her birthday since I already paid for the order... and then have to tell her oh yeah the shop contacted me the last day to say it needs an extra fee to deliver so you wont be getting ur surprise after all. the shop i ordered from before in hong kong was much better and half the price and delivery she received before with no problem....definitely wont be using this company anymore...
