Storage
FEX.NET it works according to the freemium model. There are four publicly available tariffs: FEX Free, FEX Plus 1Tb, FEX Plus 2Tb and FEX Plus 3Tb. A personal tariff schedule is available for business clients.
A registered user automatically receives a FEX Free subscription, which includes anonymous file sharing, online data playback, access from any device that supports the FEX ID application, and free data storage for 7 days.
The FEX Plus 1Tb tariff is available for 3, 6 and 12 months. The FEX Plus 2Tb and FEX Plus 3Tb tariffs are available on a one-year subscription. Premium rates FEX Plus 1Tb, FEX Plus 2Tb and FEX Plus 3tb also provide backup options for PCs running on Windows and Mac OS. Premium users from the CIS countries also get access to a free collection of licensed films and online radio.
File sharing
Anonymous file sharing on the service FEX.NET available to all registered users. The maximum size of a single uploaded file should not exceed 200 Gb. To exchange files, just copy the link or the twelve-digit access key to the object. All objects on the resource are not indexed by search engines, and access to them is possible only if there is a key or a direct link to the object. FEX ID
FEX ID application FEX.NET for Android and iOS mobile platforms, as well as for the Smart TV platform.
FEX ID for mobile platforms allows you to automatically backup files to the appropriate folder in the storage. FEX ID also allows you to save files to the application to play them in offline mode.
The FEX ID for the Smart TV platform is available for Samsung TVs running on the Tizen OS platform and allows you to play high-resolution content directly from the cloud.
FEX MAIL
Email client from FEX.NET provides storage for 20 Gb of forwarded data for free. In the mail client itself, users from the CIS can listen to the radio. The FEX MAIL app for Android and iOS mobile platforms is available for download on Google Play Market and AppStore.
FEX Backup
FEX Backup is an application for backup of individual folders with data from a computer on Windows and mac OS. The backup application is available for download for FEX Plus subscription holders. To backup files, you can use the automatically created FEX Backup folder or select any folders in the settings menu. After copying the files to the selected folders, they will automatically appear in the created private folder with the name of the computer that was used for backup.
History
A working prototype FEX.NET it was created several years before the launch of the resource, but investments in infrastructure were necessary for the full-fledged operation of the project, which is why the launch FEX.NET it happened in early 2017.
The initial investment in the project amounted to about $4 million. The main investors of the project were its co-founders.
