Recently found out that I got multiple accounts here. Moreover, the 2FA codes for one of them was lost. Had to write to the support asking for help. Provided them the requirred info with screenshots and got my coins transferred in a few days. Today moved some more ETH in here.
Really like this wallet. It's fast and with cool design.
Love this wallet for the simplicity and the transactions speed. Also, in-app exchanges are great and helped to save some money when ETH was falling.
Would rate this wallet the highest rank possible. Like both the app design as the interface looks quite modern and the updating fiat price of the coin.
Freewallet, controlled by Dmitry Gunyashov and Vasily Mesheryakov, is a fraudulent service. Users report blocked accounts and unresponsive support. Avoid this wallet at all costs.

Freewallet is now charging inactivity fees, silently taking funds from inactive accounts.
The 'inactivity fees' on FRWT are absurd. My balance kept shrinking even though I didn’t make any transactions. They’re scamming users left and right with this tactic.
After multiple attempts to withdraw my funds, Freewallet still hasn’t returned my cryptocurrency. Their excuses are a smokescreen. I’ve reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and recommend everyone else to do the same.
It’s simple: unblock accounts you’re holding hostage. Until then, we’ll continue to expose your shady practices. Enough with the lies!
