Positioned in a flat area of the idyllic Elysium Planitia, the estate development consists of 420 acres divided into 69 lots. The project will be carried out in 4 phases and the lots will be auctioned as NFTs in the ETHEREUM blockchain on OpenSea. Potential buyers will place their bids and the highest bid will acquire the NFT land title and unlock access to a QR code. This code will be used to pay in DOGE, for the lot registration. The price for each of the 69 lots is 69 DOGE.
