What is bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a secure, digital currency that can be used to exchange money over the Internet. There are no central banks or authorities. Bitcoin is truly open - compatible across platforms, technologies and even borders. It's great for fraud protection, too! No credit card numbers for someone to steal it's safe and secure.

What can I buy with bitcoin
eGifter sells eGift Cards from over 300 national brands in the US. The vast majority of our eGift Cards can be purchased with bitcoin. There is a huge variety of categories and interests you can choose from, ranging from clothing and accessories, to gaming, food, entertainment and a wide range of merchandise. No matter what you are looking for, we've got you covered.

How is the bitcoin payment processed?
eGifter uses BitPay to process bitcoin transactions. All bitcoin transactions are secure. Transactions may take up to 30 minutes to process.

Due to extremely high bitcoin trading volume recently, you may experience delays in processing your transactions. eGifter is using one of the best, and fastest processors available, but neither Bitpay, nor eGifter have control over blockchain congestion.
