They are on EET and primarily language is Spanish, but they somehow managed to take care of me when I needed them. When our reservations were cancelled because of pandemic, a supervisor called me back the next day, spoke perfect English and helped me get my partial refund. Then they gave me a gift certificate so I could use it right away. Overall, my booking was very complex and given the circumstances Destinia did a pretty good job dealing with it.
